Allen Training Centers, Inc.® (ATC) provides management development training and executive coaching for executives and other managers. ATC’s training programs are provided through blended learning that combines online training with face-to-face training sessions provided by an ATC certified Trainer/Coach. Trainees first learn the topic material through self-paced online training on the subject each month. This is followed by monthly, face-to-face training sessions with an ATC certified trainer. Each face-to-face training session is a highly interactive workshop that incorporates scenario-based learning, exercises and role-playing. Trainees leave each monthly face-to-face session with an action plan to implement for that month’s topic.
