More About This Franchise
Bud's Place is social cannabis consumption lounge concept, offering food and beverages, entertainment, accessories, and relaxation in a casual but upscale atmosphere. Where permitted, the beverages will include liquor and/or beer and wine. There will be admittance fees for a customer to enter a lounge, VIP rooms, monthly and annual membership packages.
There will not be dispensing of any cannabis products - it is Bring Your Own ("BYO").....although this will likely change if cannabis becomes federally legalized.
We offer single unit or multi-unit agreements. A lounge will be 4,000 - 6,000 square feet, offering High. Quality. Fun ("HQF") A large part of the cost is the ventilation/HVAC system to meet and /or exceed the air quality standards that will be in place for these types of establishments. Ownership can be active, semi-absentee, or passive.
While we are a new concept in a new industry (consumption lounges), our principals have many years of franchising experience, and our maiin food/beverage partner has 5 franchised stores open with more under development and will be managing our new franchisee training program. We won't qualify for SBA loans (initially).
There are multiple revenue streams, some with very high profit margins, and our concept is built to provide an excellent return on investment to a franchisee, enabling franchisees to accumulate generational wealth.
