Born in 2020 out of a pandemic and a seasoned restaurateur’s desire to give back, DriveKindess is a new, exciting, and innovative solution to a growing problem. Now more than ever, consumers are ordering food to their homes, which means third-party delivery companies have become a necessary evil for restaurant owners. Currently, third-party apps nickel and dime the industry by taking a large percentage from the restaurant on every delivery (sometimes upwards of 30% per order!), don’t pay their drivers enough, and in turn, provide a frustrating experience for the end consumer. So, how do we do it? Our Franchise Owners charge a flat rate between $1.22 and $3.22 per delivery versus the 20 - 30% our competition does. This means that by using DriveKindness, restaurant owners can save up to 60% on their delivery program! With our model, drivers are paid the entire delivery fee plus tips, and our end consumers are never hit with exorbitant charges just for wanting to eat dinner at home in their pajamas.
