Patrice & Associates is the Nation’s largest and oldest Hospitality recruiting firm. Our Franchisees and their recruiters are committed to placing the right candidate by deploying a very aggressive approach to finding top talent. Our Client Companies pay us to find the best employment match. We are not a staffing company. Our candidates must have a minimum of 2 years management experience and above and be currently employed. The majority of our placements occur within the restaurant industry, but we do recruit for hotels, travel plazas, casinos ans retail when the openings are available.

Business Models
We offer THREE options:
Franchise Model – Our expectation is for our Franchisees to build a business. They will start working with our database with our established clients, but the expectation is for them to acquire employees, their own clients and start in an office or establish an office by the end of their second year. By far, the biggest and most unique feature is that we provide job orders-leads DAY ONE franchisees can fill.
Regional Developer Program: For those individuals who are interested in building a larger territory, we offer one of the most competitive Regional Developer Programs available. As a Patrice Regional Developer, you will have the ability to develop approximately 25 territories AND receive a single unit license of your own to operate simultaneously. You’ll also participate by receiving a portion of new franchise fees received, payment for training new franchisees, and share in the royalty. All while developing a team in one of the hottest industries of the next decade, hospitality.
Area Developer Program: The AD is for a candidate that is looking for a larger opportunity in a Major Metro Area, someone who wants to be the “President” of their own company. As a Patrice & Associates Area Developer you will have 4 consecutives single unit territories equaling to approximately 1 Million people. Area Developers would be required to pen two bricks/mortar recruiting offices- one when they begin their franchise and the second at the beginning of Year 2.
Ideal Franchisee Profile
Successful franchisees are people who are comfortable building relationships and have a passion for people. They tend to be comfortable on the phone speaking to several different people though out the day. They have excellent follow through skills, time management, and self-discipline to work independently. Franchisees MUST have Sales Experience and/or Sales Ability. We are looking for high Ds and Is on the DISC profile.
Unsuccessful franchisees are those who have a great deal of phone reluctance, and/or do not follow the methods and systems as outlined.
The majority of our current franchisees come from: White Collar Professional Backgrounds, Upper level Management and other Traditional Corporate America jobs.
Number and Types of Employees
Franchise model - Franchisees will need to hire a 5-7 commissioned employees as recruiters, an Account Manager, and a key operator to manage all aspects of the business.

Territory Description
We currently have over 1000 available territories in the US. Our territories are not protected. Territories each territory is comprised of 250,000 people and their respective zip codes. Additionally, franchisees can fill any employment need throughout the Nation.
