Our founder and President, Dom DiDiana, first found his love for food and family as a boy growing up in Naples, Italy. It was there that he learned about the importance of family, how to cook incredible pizza, and how eating great food together is a communal experience. When his family moved to the Chicago area in the 1990’s his parents eventually opened up a pizza restaurant. Dom was inspired and motivated to eventually build his own great pizza concept and bring it to as many customers as he can. This is his drive and inspiration to franchise and be looking for great franchise partners.
