The Flying Locksmiths has been in business for over 70 years. Our experience and business education are two of the main components that create the framework of The Flying Locksmiths leadership team.
The locksmith industry has drastically changed and TFL is the catalyst for that change. By offering more than just standard locksmith services, putting an emphasis on unparalleled customer service and identifying, vetting, and installing the latest high tech products – TFL has created an unrivaled national service delivery platform.
We define ourselves as Physical Security Specialists because while we are extremely competent when it comes to rekeying your locks or installing door hardware, our teams will also implement full card access systems, with security cameras and complete a thorough security assessment of your home or buildings security, by adjusting door closures, exit devices and ensuring handicap operators are in compliance.
We have a national call center that manages all prospective customer inquiries through a toll-free number. We educate the customer about our services, give an estimate when appropriate, schedule the job, and route the job through our centralized process.
90% of our business is Commercial with the remainder being Residential (traditionally what we “think” of as a Locksmith, e.g. locked out of home or keys locked in car).
Some of our national customers include: Costco, Domino’s Pizza, Hyatt Hotels, FedEx, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Sears and many, many more.
